Question: Is Satin Finish Similar To Risotriene?

Do you know if the product "Satin Finish", a stabilized rice bran product from Ricex Co. that is sold as a horse supplement, is substantially equivalent to the Risotriene type of human food supplements? The reason I ask is because it's a lot cheaper than Risotriene.
