Question: Is It Safe For An 11 Year Old To Take SAM-e And Paxil At The Same Time?

I have an 11 year old that is currently taking Paxil, can I safely add SAMe to his daily medications or do they override each other?

Please consult your son's physician before you have him take Sam-e. The combination might throw him into a manic episode that his teachers won't thank you for. :)
