Consumer Review: Mixing SAM-e With Alprazolam Made Me Feel Like I Was Hit By A Train.

Occasionally I take 0.5 mg of Alprazolam as a sleeping aid. One night I took 400 mg of Sam-e in addition to the Alprozolam. The next day, I felt like I had been run over by a train. There was a definite interaction between the two.
