Question: Is Constipation A Normal Reaction To Saw Palmetto?
|
Two weeks ago I started taking 300 mg. of saw palmetto a day for a slightly enlarged prostate. My PSR test was neg. Since I started I have been experiencing a little constipation. Can you please tell me if that is a normal reaction, or should I stop the supplement.
