Consumer Review: If You Plan On Using Serotril, Get Ready To Watch You're Grocery Bill Go Through The Roof.
I ordered the Serotril weight management products, unfortunately unaware that this was to work with a low or no carb diet. I tried the Atkins diet and my budget can't handle that kind of grocery list. I'm a one-income single parent who has to watch my pennies at the grocery store. I wish I had known before ordering that this was a "carb-less" diet. However, if anyone has some decent low-cost recipes, please post them. I would love to try them.

You should check out "The Schwarzbein Principal." You might find some recipes as well as a ton of information which should be important to you. Good luck.
