Question: Is It OK For Me To Take St. John's Wort While I'm Pregnant?
I am six weeks away from my delivery date. My doctor told me it was okay to take 300mg. St. John's Wort a day to help me get through the break up of my relationship with the father. If this is not safe in your opinion, please tell me why and what are my other alternatives to help gain my emotional equilibrium during this time?
