Consumer Review: I Used A Sun Bed After Taking St. John's Wort And Experienced A Terrible Burning Sensation.
With regards to St. John's and side effects any user should be aware of the effects of sunlight.
Having taken the product and then using a sun bed I had a terrible burning sensation on my skin which lasted for quite a few hours. Some products will carry a warning about the effects of sunbathing others will not.
Incidentally here in the U.K St John's Wart has had lot of publicity and is very widely used. My doctor actually recommended it before trying Prozac.

My partner also is suffering burning on her elbow and aching pains in her arms. She is taking it along side 'premence' which has a high magnesium content. Does anyone else suffer any side effects other than feeling great?
