| I have read through your web pages and found a lot of useful information. I have heard many things about many supplements in the past few weeks. In your honest opinion, what would be the best way to lose weight and maintain muscle?
I am about 5' 8" tall, 291 pound male. I am already active in weight lifting and martial arts. Most of my weight problem is in the gut area. My main problem is with finding a way to curb my appetite.
I am currently taking Ripped Fuel, 6 tabs a day, and a Spiral-Teen Shake once a day. I have been on this for about three weeks and lost about 11 pounds. Is there something better out there as far as supplements go.
