Consumer Review: Met-Rx, Creatine, And Weight Gainers Gave Me Minimal Results So I Decided To Use Anabolic Steroids.
|
I have used supplements in my diet including creatine monohydrate, Met-Rx, and numerous forms of weight gainers only having minimal results. In high school, I weighed a mere 140lbs. However, with hard work and determination and the help of anabolic steroids I was able to put on 35lbs of solid muscle in 7 months! Hard to believe I bet. I worked out for two hours a day, everyday, and kept to a strict diet. In four and a half short months (a summer), my max on bench went from 165lbs to 275lbs, unbelievable. If you have the determination and the will power to get the gym every day, anabolic steroids will give you that extra boost to give the look and feel to your body you have always wanted.

The only problem in the US is that you can't get Anabolics. I have been trying for years to find them and have had no luck at all. It sucks.

35 pounds in 4.5 months is pretty impressive, however, it is possible to get equally good results by monitoring diet and taking LEGAL supplements. I work out about an hour and a half to two hours a day. I have a great routine that allows me to work my full body every 3 days. I take cell-tech, andro-6, and 4 servings of whey protein on the average day. I've been working out for some time now and still after months into the program, the growth is great. In the past 2.5 to 3 weeks I've put on a little more than 10 pounds of muscle and added about 50-60 pounds to my max bench. I'm not trying to put down this guy's story, but I just want to show that it is possible to legally and more safely get big and strong.

Legal supplements cannot be compared to steroids , and a there is no way anyone could add 60 pounds to their max bench press in two weeks. And the only way that you couldn't get anabolics in the U.S. is if you are very unresourceful.

| I agree with the person who suggested legal supplementation as a BRAVE, TRUE and HONEST way to feel good and gain mass. When I started working out 4 years ago, I used to go to the gym every day for a year and would add nothing to my bench press, arm curl...and my weight remained 179 lb at 6'1 tall.
A year and a half later I meet this huge guy in the gym..we became friends. He showed me how stupid I was in my routine choice. He gave me a new routine and advised me to use Creatine, protein, multi vitamins and EFA (fatty acids). A year after I became (no bogus...really tru) 216lb (not ripped...I visited IHOP every night). Now, after another 6 months, I weigh 235 lbs and feel good about myself and success. I work very hard at the gym and most of all try to enjoy what I do. Unlike steroid users, I never had to worry about side effects, losing my gains, or losing my flexibility. I am also a martial artist and still remain flexible, even though it is hard now to make high jumps with my weight. My advice, is that people should calm down and give their efforts more time to receive benefits. Thanks.

It is a well known fact in the physiological realm that testosterone levels are responsible for the muscle mass difference between the average male and female. Furthermore, there are such individuals as "hard gainers" who may have lower levels of testosterone in their system than others (or respond less to the same amount of testosterone or a derivative thereof). Thus, some people do not need to take anabolic steroids, while others do in order to even achieve identical results. So don't assume anything and make generalizations such as "no one needs to take anabolic steroids in order to make large gains." Consider yourself very, very lucky if you can pack on the lean muscle mass by taking vitamin C. Chances are, it has nothing to do with your gains.
On a second note, of course there are side effects! If you do take steroids, do it in moderation and become very educated about it! Geez...did you know that you can die if you over-injected yourself with saline, over-eat a lot, or even exercise too much! Well duh....there are side effects to everything. Again, do everything in moderation.
