If you work out for 2 hours a day and do cardio 5 days a week and eat nothing but protein, there's going to be a difference whether you are taking Ripped Fuel or not.
It's just like any other weight loss helper. You have to do plenty of exercise with it. People ask me all the time what pills or fat burners to take. 9 times out of 10 they are people who have no regular exercise program. I tell them to begin a regular program and mantain a healthy diet free of junk foods and soda for 3 months and see what results they achieve. If, after that, they still need help burning fat, it's a usually a discipline issue. They are eating alot of junk foods and are not eating a healthy low calorie diet. But they never admit to not sticking to their diet so I tell them to use Ripped Fuel. If nothing else, it gives the energy boost and helps them get a better workout and increases metabolism. It's nothing dramatic, but it does help.
