Bro,
Which value are you referring to and what units are you using?
Chol 100-199 mg/dL
Trig 0-149 " "
hdl 40-59 " "
vldl 5-40 " "
ldl 0-99 " "
glucose, serum 65-99 " "

These are the units and ranges my last test listed. Labs should list ranges for all values because lab equipment variance, units, standards, and the doctor's memory are varying. Which value(s) are listed out-of-range on your lab?

Yes, the values might go to hell.
When you go on, your total chol, trig, and ldl will probably go up quite significantly while hdl might go down. We're all wired just a little differently, but most of this runs on the same path.

Triglycerides 54-149

They said they just haven't seen one this low in a long time.

People just don't have LOW total cholesterol and low ldl levels. The main concern in the cholesterol equation is ldl/hdl ratio. Gear pushs these numbers in absolutely the wrong direction, but in your case, most of the numbers except total cholesterol and hdl might read ok. In other words, steroids for you might be much safer than the rest of us, but I'm not a doctor. For your long term health, I can't say if your situation is even bad. The next test should be while you are on to determine "on" levels and then after pct to determine if you are back to normal, but dude you have a crapload of breathing room.

Maybe see what they have to say, but I would expect that they would tell you to eat MORE polyunsaturated fat such as avocados, safflower oil, and fish to rais hdl and total cholesterol.
