Training Question: What Is The Best Way To Work The Pecs?
I was wondering what was the best way to work on my pectoral muscles. At my school, I do cable crossovers. We also have a butterfly machine, but I don't use it. Should I switch to that? What is the proper technique for cable crossovers.

Thanks,
Jeff

Question expanded by another reader.
Hello, I am a 17 year old soccer player. I lift weights almost everyday. Recently, I took a max on my bench. I maxed out at 245lbs, but even when I lift heavy I still can't get my chest any bigger. Being only 5'6" and 140 lbs people say there is no chance I can get large muscle mass. What would you recommend that I do to increase my chest size.

Answer #1
There is one excellent workout I have tried that I read in Muscle Media:
  • Incline Bench Press 1x 15, 3-4 x 10-15
  • Dumbbell Bench Press 4-5 x 10-12
  • Incline Flye 3-4 x 15-20
  • Cable Crossover 3-4 x 8-12

Try this, and remember to switch routines often.
