Training Question: What Is A Good Weight Training Routing To Improve My Performance In Golf?
I am a 48 year old golfer who would like to do do some weight training specific to golf during the off season, but can't find any detailed information on the web. I am looking to improve my overall strength with emphasis on increasing my driving length.

I'm only 16 and I was wondering the same thing. A trainer showed me a few great exercises for golf. Basically, you want to work your arms and abs. Forearms are key. Palm-up dumbbell curls and just wrist curls are good. Also, those hand held things that you squeeze work great. After 3 months, I now drive it 25 yards farther and am down to a 6 handicap. Lower weight and higher reps is where it's at. Tell me how it goes.
