I need help!
About a year and a half ago, I was heavy in professional wrestling and bodybuilding. I never really knew exactly what I was doing. It was that I had such great genetics that I looked like I knew what I was doing. I pretty much ate any thing I wanted to and worked out 5 days a week. Competitors, friends, and family all thought that I was on steroids. Some of my friends had even tried steroids and didn't get results like me.
Then one day a friend talked me in trying steroids. At this time, I weighed about 200lbs and had 18 inch arms with a 33 inch waist. After a 15 week steroid cycle, I had become unbelievable. It was just like my friend had predicted. I then weighed 230lbs and had 20 inch arms with a 32 inch waist. I still pretty much ate whatever I wanted to, but also ate a lot of protein. I looked so good that no matter where I went, people would always come up to me with compliments. Then they would ask for advice on how they could get like me. My attention became stronger on steroids (because I didn't want to lose what I had).
Then next thing you know, I got caught by police trying to get steroids. At this point, I got off and it depressed me so bad that I even quit working out. I felt like an idiot and I even quit wrestling too. About 8 months later, I met a girl who eventually became my loving wife. I often think about getting back in the gym, but this time the right way. I want to get similar results by dieting and using legal supplements. I have my wife's approval. The only problem is I'm not sure on how to diet and what kind of weightlifting plans to follow. I now weigh about 195lbs with about a 34 inch waist and my body fat is about 15 to 18%. I have searched the net and can't find anything that relates to me. Can you please help me?
