Training Question: What Is The Best Way To Train While Taking Steroids?
I was wondering if anyone can give me some info on HOW to train while taking anabolic steroids. Right now I'm 6'1", 180 lbs, pretty lean, my max bench is around 275, etc.

I currently work out on a four days on, one off cycle, sometimes I'll go a couple extra days if I feel good, or less if I'm feeling tired or weak. So my question is, how do I work out while on these steroids.

I've seen programs of all kinds, especially in magazines, and I can't really tell which one would best fit my needs. I have plenty of time and would be more than willing to go to the gym twice a day if that's how I'll get the best results. Also, if I am trying to bulk up, should I continue to pretty much stay away from the cardio/abs stuff, or will it not make as much of a difference while I'm on the cycle. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Your best bet is to use high intensity tri sets. For example, if you were working your chest you should start off using your maximum weight. Do as many reps as you can, then have your spotter remove 10% of the weight before you proceed. Carry the set to failure each time. Do two exercises per body part, thus equaling 6 sets...e.g. or two tri sets.

What are you doing taking steroids anyway. I know you do not want to hear this, but if you want to grow hair in all places and have terrible and ugly acne and shrinkage in the testicles and large amounts of anger...why. I used to lose weight quickly, but I took Whey powder Protein from an Australian company and it is fantastic. Fast growth and quick results.

Hey don't pay any attention to this Allan character. Anyone that does not live under a rock knows that steroids, if taken in safe dosages, will not cause any extreme side effects. If you stick to safe dosages and still have side effects, at the first of sight side effects, lower your dosages. Always remember that everyone's body is different. We have different reactions depending on who we are. Allan should seek to know the truth instead of believing every thing he is told. The funny thing is that you probably know all this. Thanx and and stay true.

In response to what I just read. Yea I think you should listen to answer #2. Wouldn't you feel better doing it naturally? And if it is not so bad why is it illegal? C'MON THINK ABOUT IT!

Don't pay attention to answer #3. You have to have high dosages to get the effects you're after--muscles. And you will get side-effects from it. If you lower the dosage, you will not get so much muscle building effects, but only the negative side effects (low production of natural testosterone, aggressiveness, etc.). Stay cool, stay in for a shorter period with high dosages, or longer period with high dosages. There's no point in low dosages, then you should rather leave it!

Hey, I just want to tell you all that deca is best. I take 500mg/week, and have done that for 2 years. I have gained 75 pounds of steel hard muscles. That's all.

Yep, #6 is right. Deca is the best. It gives great results with little or no side effects and you can use it to bulk up or to get ripped. I tried it and I'm happy.

I agree that Deca will bulk you up, however you will loose it all when you stop the drug. Primabolan tablets are best. They will take a little longer, but the results will last, even after you stop working out. If you want to boost your results, take Primabolan and Stromba together. Only stay cool, because the Stromba will make you a little aggressive if you take too much.
