Question: What Are The Side Effects Of Tribulus?
|
I am just starting to work out. I have been working out now for about 3 weeks, working out 4 to 5x a week. I started taking the Creatine Monohydrate and I have noticed some side effects, mostly diarrhea and it's difficult to sleep at nights. But I haven't drunk much water, so I guess I will start drinking more.
Any way, my question is on Tribulus. I was thinking of taking it. It's supposed to increase muscle size by 20% and I have read countless ads and articles (a lot of research) on Tribulus and have found no side effects from this product. In fact, health experts say it's been tested for 400 years in China with zero side effects.
I am curious if any of YOU NICE PEOPLE have taken Tribulus and have seen any side effects?
Thank you.

| I have been taking tribulus orally for about 90 days now. I am 18 years old and have entered numerous bodybuilding competitions. Tribulus is basically harmless if the doses are monitored and not greatly exceeded. The benefits are not greatly noticeable unless taken with an andro product. Also, the tribulus should have an anti oxidant in it to discourage the forming of estrogen. Tribulus supports your body to produce testosterone, as you probably know, but also other growth hormones such as estrogen. Make sure it has either lipoic acid or another anti-oxidant in it (vitamin C, coenzyme Q10, etc). Write back if you have any questions.

When I started to take tribulus, it worked great on giving me energy for lifting, but I got bad acne on my back. Also, after I took it, I got little bitch tits.
