| The andro and protein drink will help in building your muscles. But vitamin B will NOT give you energy. Vitamin B complex cleanses your nervous system, and in the long run greatly reduces stress and makes you a more calm person. But vitamin B will not give you and extra energy. And as for the andro, you should take that BEFORE your workout, not in the morning and before bed. If you're not taking the andro before working out, and you are taking it during times of muscular inactivity, you are wasting it.
Because the elevated testosterone levels go back down after about 3 hours depending on dosage size. And you should definitely look at some of the side affects of andro that include liver and heart disease, cancer, balding, and testicular size reduction. And definitely, if you are not taking andro before your workouts, you are running this great risk for nothing, andro is doing NOTHING for you but possibly giving you a bad liver or heart or other side affects that are common with androgens. You should take the protein drinks after or during work outs to provide quick access to building materials.
