Question: Should A 15 Year Old Take Whey Protein and Glutamine To Gain Weight?
|
I am a 15 year old looking to gain lean mass and to gain some weight. I already take 100% whey protein and glutamine. I take my whey protein about 3 times a day, one right after my workout. I only take my glutamine with my whey protein (in the same drink) after my workout. Is this good enough or is there something else that's better? Am I doing the right thing taking the supplements at all?

The best way for a 15 year old to bulk up is to drink a 1/2 gallon of skim milk or more a day. My son did that when he was about 19 and he grew like he was on steroids, both in strength and size.
