| Question: I Have Built Up A Tolerance To Xenadrine. What Can I Do To Make It Start Working Again? |
| I started taking Xenadrine about 2 months ago. I have built my tolerance up to 3 pills a day. This is the dosage I have been taking faithfully for about 6 weeks now. I lost 28 pounds. I work out 6 days a week, one hour of cardio. I want to lose 40 more pounds.
Here is my question. Is there something else I can take with the Xenadrine to continue to help me with my weight loss? What is the deal with this "3 stack" thing I keep hearing about? The Xenadrine is not even working any longer. My body has built some sort of tolerance to it. I can sleep immediately after taking it, and my energy level has gone back down to normal. My diet is excellent, due to several hours of researching on my part. My will power is excellent. I did not lose any weight these past 2 weeks. Please help. I am 26/F. THANK YOU!!

First of all, you say that you workout 6 days a week in the gym. Lets do the math here. Muscle weighs more than fat. So this would explain why your weight isn't changing. Try taking the full dose of 4 tablets a day. Think about what I have said.

If your body has developed a tolerance for Xenadrine, then get off it for a couple of weeks and get back on it again with a minimum dosage and gradually increase it to whatever your body can handle. I used to supplement with creatine before, and this is what I used to do every time I felt my body was getting accustomed to its usage. This technique has worked for me, so feel free to try it. All the best.
