What are the side effects of Xenadrine?

Answer #1

Xendadrine's side effects are: Nervousness, Sleeplessness, Anxiety, "the shakes" and one hell of a fat burner. If you can handle being a bit on edge for a number of weeks, this product is a very good one. I took it for one month and lost nearly twenty pounds. Yes some of it was water weight, but for the first time in my life I saw my abs. You must realize that I ran my ass off for the first time also. Also Xenadrine will boost the heck out of your plateaus!
Take it, exactly how the bottle says. I guarantee results if you do the cardio!

Answer #2

Xenadrine is a great product, although you may experience some nervousness and fatigue. Take the recommended dosage and you should be okay. I took xenadrine last year, and the only side effect was lack of sleep. I started taking it again last week as I am getting ready for summer. This time, I am getting more side effects like nervousness and sometime even nausea. I think it was because I started taking the full dosage right away, which I know I wasn't supposed to do. If you feel weak or shaky, have a snack. Make sure you don't starve yourself. Since your metabolism is working hard, you will need to eat right. Have several snacks through the day like fruit or non-fat yogurt. You should be fine. Good luck.
