My brother took Xenadrine about 1 month ago for 1 week. He lost 7 lbs and has kept it off. He is a baseball player and has an active lifestyle, but did before he took the product as well. He said the weight will stay off, but you can't just expect it to without being health conscious. You have to maintain an exercise program and good eating habits.

I think if you have been working out and continue, you won't gain the weight back. Many people believe a fat burner is just that. I think a fat burner pill is just like an assistance. It's to help you lose weight, but in order to keep the weight off you must also learn to eat right and exercise. In other words, you have to put in your part to keep the weight off. Don't just sit there and pig out because you lost all that weight, keep working out and eat right.
