Consumer Review: The Fat Is Literally Melting Away Since I Started Taking Xenadrine.
|
A month ago, I added aerobics to my 4-5x week weight training and diet improvement. With the aerobics added, in one month I lost an inch off my bust and waist and a 1/2 inch off my hips. Then I bought Xenadrine. Just from a few DAYS of taking one capsule twice daily, I have been literally seeing the fat melting away! (I haven't actually measured again yet.) My energy has been out of this world. Which is cool because I have a 3 year old! Just wondering if losing the fat this quickly and then eventually quitting this supplement will increase my risk of putting MORE fat on? I guess my real question is: Can I use this product to reach my fitness goal and then stop taking it and try to just maintain my goal weight?

Actually, I'm taking an Exercise Physiology class now in college and we have been learning that if you lose more than 2-3 lbs. a week, then you are not losing fat. You are losing muscle mass and water. And when you do quit taking the xenadrine and if you start eating normally again, you will more than likely gain all the weight back that you have lost, and possibly even more. Your body is conserving the fat that you have because it can think that it is in starvation mode if you have cut a lot of fat out of you diet.
