Xenadrine

Consumer Review: Xenadrine Is Making Me So Tired That I Can't Finish My Workout.
Maybe I'm jumping the gun. I've only taken Xenadrine for two days. I've been taking the recommended dose of two pills 30 minutes before I work out. I do 90 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes lifting, but for the past two days I've had to cut my workout short because I feel so tired. I don't know...maybe it's just my body getting used to the Xenadrine. If anyone has felt the same way, I would love to know if or how you worked through it.

Response #1
If you just started on Xenadrine, it says to start with half the dosage to assess your body's response. Maybe if you did read the recommended dosage, you would have known that.

Response #2
I have taken xenadrine for 8 days, and have felt the same as you, as far as less energy during work out. It also started making me feel short of breath, shaky, and agitated. These feelings led me to the internet to look up facts on Ma Huang, and Ephedrine, which are ingredients in xenadrine. I suggest anyone taking xenadrine should do the same. I returned it to GNC, where I bought it, and opted for a safer plan.

Response #3
I also took Xenadrine for a week, following the beginners dosage of 2 capsules a day. By the end of the 4th day, I had trouble sleeping, I experienced shakes and anxiety and rapid heartbeat at times. I discontinued use at the end of the first week, thinking that if it was this bad at half the dosage, what would it be like at the full dosage of 4 capsules per day?

Response #4
I agree with response #1. Take the beginning amount and if it helps if you, take a multivitamin. Take one called One Source. You can get it at Wal-Mart. Try this, and if it doesn't work talk to someone at GNC. They can tell you what to take with the xenadrine to help.
