Xenadrine

Consumer Review: Xenadrine Has Doubled My Weight Loss, But It Keeps Me Awake At Night.
I was losing about 2 lbs. a week without any supplements--just diet and exercise. I decided to see if I could lose more by taking Xenadrine. After 1 week, I lost 4 lbs., not my usual 2. However, the first couple days I took it, I felt like I was on speed. I haven't had a good night's sleep yet. I'll give it another week, but if I don't start sleeping better, 2 lbs. a week is good enough. I started exercising to feel more awake in the day, not the opposite.

You may be taking xenadrine too late in the afternoon. I noticed that I never had problems sleeping because I took the pill first at 9am, then at 2:00pm during lunch. Do not take it after 2 or 3pm and you should be fine.

You may experience these symptoms during the first week, as that is why there is a grace period to figure out your body's response to the pills. I have been taking xenadrine for about 5 weeks now and am going to stop, as I used it as a booster to get my diet right and have a lot of energy for intense workouts. The insomnia will go away, as it did for me, after about two weeks. Actually, I sleep better now. The body's natural response to being in good shape and fit, is to be able to sleep well at night and at any point where you may feel tired.

I found the best way to take xenadrine is at 5 in the morning right before I lift, and again at 12 during lunch time. Depending on your body type, you may need to eat differently. I eat 5 small to medium sized meals a day to replenish my body. Taking xenadrine around lunch time will calm the hunger until dinner. Do not starve yourself, as you need fat and protein to make it through any workout. Excessive amounts can be bad, but just cut out the fatty fast foods like pizza and any other foods that are loaded with fat. Eat more chicken, tuna and carrots. Every meal should be healthy, but you need fat for your body.

I've been taking xenadrine and love it. It keeps me up at night too. I take them at 7 and 12, but I take sleeping pills that work awesome. One is called Valerian root and the other is melatonin 3. You can get both at GNC. Cheap too and last a while.
