| Consumer Review: I Felt Like I Was Having Bad Menstrual Cramps After Taking Xenadrine. |
I'm a 145lb. female, who works out regularly. I have been taking Xenadrine for 6 days now. The first three days I took the recommended half dosage (1 capsule before each meal) with no problems. The second day of taking the recommended dosage (2 capsules before each meal), I experienced shakiness, shooting pains in the lower left side of my back, cramps (like bad menstrual cramps) and spotting (a week sooner than my expected period). I have lost about 5 lbs. Has there been any information about this supplement and harmful effects?

The instructions on our bottle says to take the supplement before the breakfast and afternoon meals. It also says that a third dosage can be taken for the higher body weights (preferably 200 lbs). You might want to up your water intake. My wife also experienced some of your symptoms, but when she increased her water intake it seemed to go away. Your bottle may be different than ours so be sure that you check the label. Good luck to you.
