Xenadrine

Consumer Review: Xenadrine Will Only Help You Lose Fat If You Work Out Hard While You're Taking It.
There is no easy way to get cut. There's no easy way to get great strength. There's no easy way to get great endurance or great speed. Everything in life that is desirable will require a certain amount of hard work and dedication to achieve or gain.

I'm 18, 5'10", and I weigh 185lbs. As a senior in high school, I weighed 237 pounds and played nose tackle/middle linebacker for my high school football team. When I broke my wrist and ended my chances of playing college football, I had a lot of weight to drop. I have thus far shed 52 pounds. After many long hours in the gym pumping iron, I am nearly as strong as I was when I weighed 237. It goes without saying that, pound for pound, I am much stronger. I am getting so strong again that I can almost bench now at 185 what I could bench at 237.

The point is, I did hardcore cardio to shed that weight. For the past month and a half, I have been taking Xenadrine. My weight has not decreased. Due to my 6 day a week weight training schedule, I am gaining muscle. Due to the Xenadrine and my 7 day a week cardio program, I am loosing fat, so I am getting the best of both worlds.

If you loose more than 2 or 3 pounds a week, you're losing muscle mass. If you're taking Xenadrine and not losing weight, but getting more cut, then don't worry, it's doing exactly what it's supposed to do. It's cutting the fat and you're keeping the muscle.

Don't take this stuff on an empty stomach. It will make you jittery. Don't take this stuff late in the day either. You'll have trouble sleeping. Don't start off by taking the maximum dosage. Start with one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Then go to 3 a day. Then, only if you think you need it, go to 4 a day.
