Consumer Review: When I Stopped Taking Xenadrine, I Had Terrible Withdrawal Symptoms.
|
| I have been slightly overweight all my life. I started taking xenadrine a couple months ago. I did exactly as the directions said. For the first week, I took half the recommended dose, then built my system up to two pills in the morning before breakfast, then two more mid-afternoon. They were a wonderful energy boost. I felt like I could do anything. I watched what I ate and lost over 20 lbs. I did get the shakes when I first started taking xenadrine. It made me nervous.
Your body becomes immune to anything you take, and where will that leave you when your body becomes immune to xenadrine? So I quit taking them, and that is when I had my trouble with the product. I had extremely bad headaches, a lot like migraines, as my body was missing the caffeine it had been accustomed to every morning and evening. You've got to look at it this way. Xenadrine is for energy and weight loss. You can't take a product forever. You can't rely on a product to lose weight. What are you going to do when you've reached your goal?
