| I've been taking Xenadrine for 3 weeks now, and it is the most effective supplement I have ever taken. Prior to taking Xenadrine, I was drinking 7-9 cans of Coke a day, I had been working out for 5 months with very poor results because I would burn-out after 40 minutes at the gym, and I was eating crap.
After taking xenadrine, my craving for Coke has diminished and I'm down to 2-3 cans a day (I'm getting the same caffeine without all the sugar and carbonation). My workout intensity has DRAMATICALLY increased (I now workout for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, and I leave with energy to spare...I wanna eat those weights). My strength and muscle mass has improved as a result (as well as my overall health because xenadrine curbs your cravings for junk food). I keep track of all my workouts, right down to the weight and amount of reps I do for every exercise. From February to end of April my strength rose 5%. After taking Xenadrine (May 2 - present May 24) my strength rose another 8%! And all of this has been on just half dosage, or 1 pill twice a day.
