Consumer Review: I Took Xenadrine For Weight Loss And Was Very Disappointed In The Lack Of Results.
|
I'm 18 years old and have been lifting seriously for about 2 years. I took Xenadrine for two months and did not get the results I wanted. Xenadrine only helped me lose about 5 pounds and I was very disappointed. I did exactly what was recommended. I was on a low fat and low carb diet with high protein intake. I did cardio five days a week in the morning and after I worked out. My workouts were intense and productive. The only thing Xenadrine did for me was give me more energy during my workouts. It did not help me lose body fat (or at least any that I could tell). I don't know if it will work for you, but it sure didn't help me out that much. I'm going to try Hydroxycut soon and I hope that does better than Xenadrine.
