I am a 5'4" mother of three that weighs 142 lbs. I got caught up in the whole unrealistic world that we should all look like models or we don't look good at all. Who started that! We can tell ourselves that it's not true, but we can never accept it. No help from the infocommercials either. They are the ones that got me wanting a miracle pill. I have always known that my metabolism is low. I don't have the energy that I would like, but I don't want it from caffeine. I am going to try something crazy. I am going to eat more! From listening to people here and reading about it in the past, I think that mentally we all try to eat as little as possible so that we don't gain weight. But I think we are intended to eat throughout the day, not at the set times of 8am, 12pm and 6pm. I am going to start snacking on good things, which won't be hard because we already do that, to try to speed up my metabolism naturally. It's just so crazy it just might work! Good luck to the rest of you on reaching your goal.

P.S. I do have a newly painted and wallpapered bathroom to show for my 3 days of Xenadrine.
