Xenadrine works if you read the bottle, take what it says, and put a little effort into your life! If you sit on the couch all day, start taking xenadrine and still sit on the couch all day, you are not going to see much change. This is a fat burner and speeds up your body processes, but too many people do not want to put any more effort in helping to speed up the fat burning other than getting a glass of water to wash it down. Xenadrine is great!
