Xenadrine

Consumer Review: Xenadrine Is A Great Supplement For A Lazy Person.
I started taking Xenadrine a few weeks ago and have gone from a size 8 to a size 4, very nice. I don't intend to use this pill for the rest of my life. However, the ingredient combination is more than sufficient as a catalyst for getting me into a healthy eating and workout routine. My naturally low energy level has kept me from getting started and that's really the most difficult part. Once we continue these healthy habits, our bodies will continue to produce benefits without the help of chemicals like Xenadrine.

Overall, I have had good results and only minimal side effects including shakiness...like taking a few shots of espresso. One notable side effect in my experience has been dehydration. I have been able to find no information on the cellular operations of the supplement, and if diffusion of water is responsible for most of the weight loss as in most weight-loss drugs. If anyone knows the answer to my question, please inform me. Thank you.

The dehydration is due to the thermogenic effects - although, as the body burns glucose it breaks it down to water and carbon dioxide, water is still required for all the metabolic events surrounding this in the cells. Also, if you are feeling warm, there may be more sweating going on (to cause evaporative heat loss), so you should drink lots more water to make up for it. Water also makes you feel "full" so you can cut down on the tablets you take, and water has no calories so it won't add fat to your body.
