| I have been on Xenadrine for a week now. I am 34 years old and I've lost 5 lbs the first week. I have been taking just 2 pills a day, one in the morning, the other in the afternoon. I have stopped drinking caffeine so as to not overload myself in combination with the pills. I have not wanted my morning coffee, which is good, Xenadrine gives me that extra oomph I need. I do 45 minutes of yoga daily along with 20-30 minutes of power walking on my treadmill and daily sit ups. I have been cutting back on too many snacks and fattening foods. I hope to lose 15 lbs and don't plan to keep taking Xenadrine after I've reached my weight.
I don't feel dependent on the Xenadrine, but it's certainly giving me the energy to exercise and get my butt off the couch. I do have a decrease in appetite and get full quicker, which I also am thrilled about. It does not make me jittery or nervous, but it does make me sweat more, which is fine when I'm exercising, but sort of unwelcome when just walking around. I don't plan to take more than the 2 pills a day. I am excited about the prospect of losing more weight, boosting my metabolism and getting in shape quickly with this plan. I'm glad I found this website, I didn't know about it until just the other day. It's very helpful to read about others' experiences, positive and negative. I will let you know my progress.
