Consumer Review: I Have Had Very Noticeable Results After 4 Weeks On Xenadrine.
|
| I have been on Xenadrine for about four weeks now and the only side effect I have felt was a rapid heart beat. The reason I felt it was because I didn't do anything with all the excess energy my body had. Unfortunately, I think people don't realize that in order to loose weight they actually have to work for it. I have very noticeable results. I am not approximating how much weight I have lost because I don't feel weight is important. I can do more of a work out than before as well. The only thing is, sometimes my mind and heart go further than my body will allow. You should be sure not to over-exercise your body no matter how much you feel you can do.
In conclusion, you should treat this and any drug in a cautious manner. Always consult your physician before starting any diet program, and understand that as quick as results may come, they will not come overnight, nor will they last if you don't keep it up while you aren't taking it. Please take the pill as directed and listen to what your body is telling you. The dosage on the bottle is a recommended amount. It doesn't mean you have to take that amount of pills. Xenadrine is not cut out for all individuals.

I have used Xenadrine in the past. It was about a year ago. I was at the 200 lb. level. I am 5'8" and wanted to slim down. After about 3 month's of working out and taking Xenadrine, my weight went down to 165. I was impressed (very) and then stopped taking the supplement because I did not want to lose any more weight. It works great.
