| This is my 2nd week on Xenadrine. I lost 5 pounds my first week by taking the starting recommended dosage (one capsule twice per day for the 1st 7 days). I had tremendous energy, cleaned my entire house, and I felt great. Now I upped the dosage to the recommended 2 capsules before breakfast and 2 more at mid-afternoon. It's been 3 days with the new dosage and I'm experiencing headaches and sometimes nausea. The nausea is my biggest complaint. I hate feeling sick. When I feel sick, I can't exercise, thus defeating the point of taking this supplement.
I drink at least 10 8oz glasses of water to flush out my system. I need more specific instructions on taking Xenadrine with food. I usually wait about 30-45 minutes to eat after I take it because I feel that it needs time to work before I eat. This morning I took the supplement and ate right after: 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, no butter, and an apple. So far, I feel fine. No nausea yet, thank God. I would appreciate any input on how others are taking Xenadrine with their meals. Are you eating right away after you take it or do you wait for a specific time frame, then eat? Common sense says it depends on the individuals body, I just don't like experimenting with mine too much, so any advice would be helpful. If these unpleasant symptoms continue I will drop back down to the starting dosage when I felt zero side effects.
