| Xenadrine has worked very well for me. I am a 26 year old male (190 lbs) and used the recommended dose of Xenadrine to compliment my good eating and fitness habits. I, however, have experienced jitters and nausea on days when I did not consume enough water and the right amount of food. During my Xenadrine phase I was consuming approx. 12 8oz glasses of water in addition to 2500-3000 "good" calories of food a day. In one month I lost 20 lbs. A couple of points to remember:
1) Xenadrine is primarily comprised of caffeine and ephedrine. Essentially, it increases your heart rate in effect raising body temperature and speeding up metabolism. Proper water and food intake is absolutely essential.
2) Irregardless of supplements, the more "good" calories you eat the faster your metabolism will become. The less food you eat, the slower your metabolism will become. Less food makes fat loss and other fitness gains next to impossible to achieve. This is why many body builders eat 8000-10000 calories a day and maintain a body fat of less than 10%
3) As noted above, Xenadrine does not burn fat, but rather speeds the metabolism. If you are taking the product and not working out and eating properly you are losing essential body weight (muscle) and thus wasting your time and money. Take the money and donate to charity. Maybe this will help you feel better.
