Consumer Review: ZMA Seems To Increase Strength, But Not Muscle Mass.

I've been taking ZMA for about a month now, and although I can lift harder and longer, I'm not putting on mass any quicker than normal. And the strength gains might have nothing to do with the ZMA. Its too expensive, plus the magnesium in it gives you the shs a lot. I stopped buying it and I wouldn't recommend it.
